But sometimes, just sometimes, when I’ve heard Necro rhyme shyphalis 17 different ways, all I wana do is chill out and listen to Q-Tip tell me bout the day he lost his wallet. Coz I can relate to that. I ain’t ever been to El Segundo, but I’ve filled out an application for a new eftpos card and that shit is frustrating.

Anyway, what I’m trying to say is. Sometimes life is boring. It just is. So when you’re listening to the new E.P from Home Brew, (produced by Haz’ and DJ Truent) don’t be mad if the beats don’t sound like your favourite wrestlers intro music and the lyrics don’t make you head butt a bouncer. Just turn it up, grab a beer or a wine or whatever it is you prefer to drink, smoke, snort or shelve to take away from reality and relax.

And understand that ‘Last Week’ won’t give you the same adrenalin rush shop lifting will and it isn’t as exciting as that dude you know who named all his kids after xmen characters. It’s just a normal 7 track EP about everyday life. 7 tracks we wrote last week about.. well.. last week. And really bro.. That’s it.

wow im pretty out the loop these days..just found out one of my fav rappers Camu Tao passed late in may after a two year battle with cancer at the age of 31, this shit freaked me out as anyone who knows me knows how much i smoke...

Camu never dropped an official solo but was one half of the Nighthawks and SA Smash projects, two dope as fukk albums, he also dropped some dope singles such as 'hold the floor' (produced by DJ Prizm) who also recently passed and 'wireless'...

i read this book a few months ago and it had a profound effect on me.. so much that the night i finished it i chilled for a bit then went back and read it again, then about a week later started reading it to a dear friend...this book fukked me up.... such a traumatic life that Elizabeth Kim lead but then what kills you is the graceful and noble way she describes her experiences, recommend this book to someone who complains about how hard they had it, a perspective brick to the grill!
